Every talent profile now opens with a written summary of who the person is, drawn from everything already on their record.
A talent profile is a set of parts: prospect data, application history, worker record, parsed resume, competencies, attributes. Recruiters were doing the synthesis themselves, on every profile they opened, and reaching the same conclusion each time.
What's new
A paragraph at the top of the profile — A generated summary sits directly beneath the contact details, above the profile tabs, so it is the first thing read.
Drawn from the whole record — Prospect data, Hire application history, the worker record, and the parsed resume all feed it, including detail like interview outcomes and rehire history.
Timestamped — The description shows when it was last updated.
Why it matters
Recruiters open a lot of profiles and read most of them the same way, assembling a picture from scattered fields before deciding whether to keep reading. Handing back a paragraph makes the first few seconds of a profile useful rather than preparatory, and surfaces things that were technically on the record but easy to miss.
What to expect
The description is generated from the data on the record, so it inherits that data's gaps, and a sparse profile produces a short, general summary. Read it as an orientation to the profile rather than as a source of truth, and confirm anything you plan to act on against the underlying attributes. It does not affect match score, competencies, or audience membership.
