AI Recruiter Enhancements: Test Your AI Interview, Provide Feedback, and Sync Data with Fountain Hire
Improved Interview Setup, Grading Feedback, and Data Integration.
We’re excited to introduce several new features in AI Recruiter designed to make the recruitment process more accurate and efficient. These updates include the ability to test your AI interview setup, provide feedback on AI grading, enhanced data sync with Fountain Hire, and a new API endpoint for retrieving interview data.
Key Benefits
Test Your AI Interview Setup
Before launching your AI interviews, you can now test the AI’s question flow in the AI Interviewer Settings. This gives you the opportunity to ensure that the AI asks the right questions the way you want.
Provide Feedback on AI Grading
While reviewing candidate interview transcripts, recruiters can now leave feedback on AI grading. This will help improve grading accuracy by suggesting updates to the Job Qualifications.
Seamless Data Sync to Fountain Hire
Updated interview scores, interview IDs, and data extraction fields are now automatically synced to Fountain Hire, ensuring that all interview data is up-to-date and consistent across platforms.
Retrieve Interview Data with New API Endpoint
A new API endpoint allows you to retrieve interview data using a specific interview ID. This makes it easier to access interview details for further processing or analysis.
How to Get Started
Test AI Interviewer Settings:
Navigate to AI Interviewer Settings to test the AI interview setup and adjust the question flow before going live.
Provide Feedback on Grading:
When reviewing an interview, leave feedback on the AI grading to improve future interview evaluations.
Syncing Data to Fountain:
No setup is required—this feature is automatically enabled to sync updated interview scores and data to Fountain.
New API Endpoint:
Use the new API endpoint to retrieve interview data by interview ID.
