All Campaigns in Source

Every sourcing campaign, across every channel, now sits on one page, with the cost and conversion metrics that used to require asking someone.

Campaign performance lived across separate vendor platforms, and Source itself only showed it one opening at a time. Seeing how a channel was actually performing meant pulling numbers out of each vendor, or asking the team to compile it.

What's new

  • Every campaign on one page — Each campaign gets a row showing its opening, channel, status, budget, start and end dates, spend, applicants, CPA, hires, CPH, and conversion, with a count of the campaigns in view. Every column sorts.

  • Deeper metrics than before — Cost per hire, hires, and conversion to hire now sit alongside budget, spend, applicants, and cost per applicant.

  • Organic alongside paid — Sponsored campaigns and organic ones appear together, so you can see how many applications each is bringing in.

  • Filter to the comparison you want — Filter by channel, status, position, location, and brand, and set a date range: the last 7, 15, 30, or 90 days, a custom range, or lifetime. Filtering to one channel over a chosen window turns the page into a channel-performance read.

  • Pause, resume, and adjust in place — Pause or resume a campaign from its row, and edit the budget on channels that support it.

Why it matters

Deciding where to keep spending is a weekly question, and answering it used to mean assembling the numbers first, often by asking someone else for them. Filtering to a channel and a window and reading the cost per applicant straight off the page turns that into something a recruiter or admin does themselves.

What to expect

The page opens on a lifetime range, and both summary panels and the spend, applicant, and cost columns follow whatever range and filters are applied. A campaign that ran entirely outside the selected window has nothing to report in it. Campaign facts such as channel, budget, and dates are unaffected by the range. Pausing and resuming is available on channels where Source has campaign control; channels that commit funds upfront, and channels Fountain only reads data from, are managed on the job board itself.
