Coming Soon in ATS | universal dashboard
A single landing page that surfaces tasks, pipeline metrics, and Cue actions across Hire and Onboard.
Universal Dashboard is the new task-driven landing page for recruiters. It replaces the Home tab with a unified workspace that pulls together tasks, pipeline counts, calendar events, and Cue-powered bulk actions — all filterable to the recruiter’s current context.
What’s new
Four overview cards at the top: New Applicants, Applicants in Pipeline, Onboarding Workers, and Total Workers
Tasks widget grouping actionable items by Hiring (review applicants, mark attendance, review files, respond to messages) and Onboarding (I-9 Section 2, I-9 E-Verify, start dates, onboard tasks)
This Week calendar widget for upcoming start dates and scheduled interviews
Active Openings list with full pagination and search
Global filters — Openings, Locations, Positions, Brands — that apply across every widget at once
Cue is accessible directly from the dashboard; recruiters can trigger bulk actions in natural language (e.g., send a reminder to all applicants with a pending I-9)
Universal Dashboard replaces the old Home tab on enabled accounts
Why it matters
Recruiters get a prioritized view of their day instead of jumping between tabs to assemble it themselves. Global filters cut visual noise on multi-brand or multi-location setups. Cue brings bulk actions into a single natural-language prompt, letting recruiters complete dozens of repetitive steps without navigating between screens.
What to expect
Universal Dashboard becomes the default landing page on enabled accounts. The old Home tab is removed.
Recruiters only see tasks relevant to their work — task visibility follows existing role and permissions rules.
Particularly impactful for high task volume, multi-opening management, and complex org structures.
