Coming Soon in ATS | Live video interviews in Hire Go

Coming soon — hiring managers will be able to join live video interviews directly from Hire Go, using the same video platform candidates already experience.

A live video scheduler stage option is being added to Hire Go workflows. Admins configure a live video interview stage in the Hire workflow editor for workflows that include Hire Go users. Candidates self-schedule their interview, and hiring managers join through a link in their email notification or from the applicant profile in Hire Go.

What's new

• Live video scheduler stage for Hire Go workflows: admins can configure a live video interview stage in any workflow that includes Hire Go users.

• In-app join for hiring managers: hiring managers see upcoming interviews, receive notifications, and join directly from the applicant profile or dashboard in Hire Go.

• Consistent candidate experience: candidates join through the same video link they would use in a standard interview.

• Post-interview follow-up: after the interview, hiring managers record attendance, notes, and a hiring decision to move the applicant through the workflow.

Why it matters

Hire Go users previously had no in-app path to conduct live video interviews. This update closes that gap, letting hiring managers participate fully in video-based hiring stages without switching between systems.

What to expect

• Notifications and follow-up behavior align with existing scheduler stage events.

• This change affects Hire Go only; the standard Hire live video interview flow is unchanged.
