Pre-release announcement for changes coming the week of April 14th: we’re simplifying the left navigation to focus on the most-used workflows. Some items will move to Settings.

As this is a significant UI change, we wanted to prepare customers so your teams are ready for this change.

What’s changing

• Left navigation will be reorganized

• Some rarely used items will move to Settings

Why it matters

Teams benefit from a cleaner navigation experience, especially across large recruiter/admin populations.

This update will reduce clutter and makes key workflows easier to find.

Where to find it

• Updated navigation will appear across Hire / Worker Experience once enabled

  • For Hire-only Customers, the left-hand navigation will be a new feature.

  • For current customers who use both Hire and another Fountain Worker Experience product, the left-hand navigation will be cleaned up.

    

Rollout details

• Current status: Pre-release

• Sandbox: ahead of April 14, 2026

• Production: week of April 14, 2026

• Enterprise note: if your account uses sandbox validation, expect this to appear in sandbox first before production rollout.
