New in CRM | Pool audience stage filtering and audience detail

Pool audiences can now be scoped to a specific Hire application stage, and every audience has a dedicated detail page showing exactly who's in it, how they got there, and which campaigns have reached them.

Two long-requested gaps are now closed. Recruiters building audiences can select "current application stage" as a filter condition — so targeting "everyone currently in phone screen" or "everyone rejected at offer" is a real option. And once an audience exists, its new Audience Detail page shows a full activity history across three tabs: member flow, a full member list, and campaign history.

What's new

  • Current application stage filter: a new criterion in the audience builder scopes talent by their active stage within a Hire opening. Requires Hire integration for opening-specific stages to appear.

  • Audience Detail page: each audience now has a dedicated page with three tabs — an Entrance & Exit flow chart (selectable time periods), a Members tab with the full current member list, and a Campaigns tab listing every campaign that has used the audience.

  • Entrance & Exit flow chart: visualizes how members have entered and left the audience over time. Period selectors: This week, This month, Last 30 days, Last 90 days.

Why it matters

Pool audiences previously couldn't be scoped to pipeline state, making it impossible to re-engage talent at a specific hiring stage. And audiences were opaque — once created, there was no way to understand membership changes or audit campaign usage. Together these updates make Pool audiences far more useful as precision targeting tools rather than static lists.

What to expect

  • The stage filter is additive and does not change existing audiences.

  • Customers using talent exclusion settings that keep active applicants out of Pool may see no results when using the stage filter.

  • The Entrance & Exit chart groups events by UTC day — users in non-UTC time zones may see a slight date offset. A fix is in review.

  • Audience Detail is available for all existing and new audiences immediately.

Availability
