New in Source | server-to-server conversion tracking for Joveo

Track Joveo conversions reliably, even when browsers block pixels.

Source now sends Joveo conversion events server-to-server when applicants complete an application — no pixel setup, no browser-side dependencies. Tracking continues to work even when ad blockers or cookie restrictions interfere on the candidate side.

What’s new

• Server-to-server Apply events fire automatically when an applicant from a Joveo-sourced link completes their application.

• The Joveo click ID is captured from the landing URL and stored against the applicant’s sourcing record, so the conversion event is always attached to the right campaign.

• Duplicate prevention is built in: each event is sent once per applicant, and failures are retried.

• No pixel installation or page-level tracking script is required for Joveo campaigns.

Why it matters

Pixel tracking gets blocked. Server-to-server tracking does not. Moving Joveo conversion events to a server-to-server pipeline closes the gap between applicants who actually applied and the conversions Joveo can attribute, which improves campaign performance reporting and bidding signals on the Joveo side.

What to expect

• No setup required for existing Joveo-sourced campaigns. Events start firing as soon as the feature reaches your account.

• Pixel tracking is no longer needed for Joveo. Existing pixel placements continue to work but become redundant.

• Conversion data in Joveo should appear more complete; comparing to historical pixel-only numbers may show a larger total.
