New in ATS | View, sort, and filter applicants by applicant data in Hire Go

Hiring managers in Hire Go can now add applicant data keys as columns in the Applicants table, then sort and filter by those values to surface the right candidates without opening individual profiles.

Accounts often store crucial differentiating information in applicant data keys — assessment scores, qualification categories, custom attributes. Until now, Hire Go users could only view that data by opening each applicant profile one by one. The Applicants table now supports custom column selection, sorting, and filtering on any applicant data key the user has access to.

What's new

  • Custom column selection: choose which applicant data key columns appear in the Hire Go global and opening-level Applicants tables.

  • Filter by applicant data key: narrow the table to applicants matching specific data key values — useful for score ranges, qualification tiers, or any custom attribute.

  • Sort by applicant data key column: rank applicants by any visible data key column to quickly prioritize review order.

Why it matters

Hiring managers prioritizing candidates by scores or qualification categories previously had to open profiles one at a time. This update lets them scan, sort, and filter the full applicant list by the data that matters most — reducing time-to-decision and the number of clicks required before taking action.

What to expect

  • Column selections apply to both the global Applicants table and opening-level Applicants tables.

  • Only applicant data keys the user has access to are available for column selection.
