Coming Soon / Rolling Out
Platform: Setup Assistant checklist — one shared checklist for a new customer's account setup
Platform: Supervision center — every automation, data pipeline and connector run in one list
I-9 Center: Remote reverification methods — choose which methods your organization offers when a work-authorization document expires
Talent Agents: Emma voice support agent — workers call for help finishing their I-9 and W-4
Together these updates give you more reach for remote roles, fewer places to look when something goes wrong and fewer I-9 delays for workers.
Sourcing | Remote Job Posting
Post remote roles to all 2,000+ job boards in Source. Each posting tells the board whether the role is remote or on-site, boards are recommended for remote openings based on the opening's country, and every posting needs a street address, city and postal code, including fully remote roles. What you enter is saved to the opening.
Availability: Available to all Source customers.
Platform | Setup Assistant Checklist
One checklist covers a new customer's whole account setup. An admin asks Fountain to draft the account, steps appear as they are built, and the customer and the Fountain team review, validate, edit, add steps and leave shared notes in the same place. Nothing goes live until the customer reviews it.
Availability: Coming soon to an initial group of customers — contact your Customer Success representative to learn more.
Platform | Supervision Center
One list shows every automation run, data pipeline run and connector sync, opening on failed runs from the last 7 days with a failed count for each source. Filter, sort and search, open a run's details without leaving the list, and retry failed automation or data pipeline runs after a confirmation that shows the run's age and attempt count.
Availability: Coming soon to an initial group of customers — contact your Customer Success representative to learn more.
I-9 Center | Remote Reverification Methods
Admins choose which reverification methods workers are offered when a work-authorization document expires: Authorized Representative, on-site or live video. When Authorized Representative is enabled, workers can finish reverification remotely, and completion is reflected in I-9 Center automatically with an audit trail. Customers already using the previous remote reverification setting keep their current behavior.

Talent Agents | Emma Voice Support Agent
Frontline workers can call Emma for help finishing their I-9 and W-4. Emma answers common questions, helps with document uploads, and once a worker is verified can restart an I-9 or W-4 that has bad data and resend a login link to the phone or email on record. Calls are saved to the audit notes, and Emma hands off to human support when it cannot resolve something.
