Multiple Lead Capture Forms for Every Pool Customer

DATE:
AUTHOR: The Fountain team

Pool admins can run several named lead capture forms, each tailored to its recruiting context.

Each customer had one lead capture configuration, so a university fair, a conference and a career site all shared the same form and the same questions.

What's new

  • Multiple named forms — create, duplicate, rename and archive forms, and choose which are published. Duplicating a form is the quickest way to set up a repeat program.

  • Fields you choose — pick which prospect fields each form collects and whether each is required.

  • Custom questions — add questions tied to your custom attributes and mark each as required or optional. Answers are written to the attribute, so you can filter on them later.

  • Hidden tags — set attribute values, such as event, source or campaign, that are saved with every submission without being shown to the person filling in the form.

  • Conflict protection — a custom attribute cannot be both a visible question and a hidden tag on the same form.

  • Share by link or QR code — every published form has its own public link and a downloadable QR code. Your existing form becomes the Default form, and its current link keeps working, so printed QR codes stay valid.

Why it matters

Recruiters can run distinct lead capture for each program from one place, keep the context needed for follow up on the Prospect itself, and avoid creating extra audiences, applicant records or openings just to track where someone came from.

What to expect

Submissions create or update Prospects; they do not create an audience, campaign, applicant or opening per form. File uploads and an inline career site embed are not part of this release, so use hosted links or QR codes.
