New in Source | at-risk openings recommendations in the dashboard

The Source dashboard now surfaces at-risk openings with a pre-calculated next best action, so recruiters can resolve issues in seconds without leaving the page.

The AT RISK OPENINGS card appears in the Suggested Actions strip on the Source dashboard whenever openings have actionable recommendations. Clicking the card opens an Action Centre side panel that lists each at-risk opening by urgency, with the most urgent opening expanded automatically. Recommendations include posting to additional channels or adjusting budget on the best-performing channel.

What's new

• AT RISK OPENINGS card on the Source dashboard: shows a count of openings that need action and a direct link to the Action Centre, visible only when at least one at-risk opening has a valid recommendation.

• Action Centre side panel: lists at-risk openings sorted by urgency (fewest days remaining on hiring goal first), with the most urgent opening expanded by default.

• Two recommendation types per opening: post to additional channels, or adjust budget on the best-performing channel — each showing current versus recommended figures.

• Review-before-commit modal: view and edit all recommended changes before applying. Budget and duration are editable inline.

• Auto-resolve and auto-advance: after applying an action, the opening shows a Resolved badge and the next opening expands automatically.

• Smart suppression: openings are removed from the queue after an action is taken — whether from the Action Centre or directly on the opening — and return after seven days if still at risk.

Why it matters

At-risk openings without obvious next steps often go unaddressed. The Action Centre replaces that ambiguity with a prioritized queue and specific, data-driven recommendations. Recruiters resolve openings in three clicks and stay in control through an editable review modal before any change is applied.

What to expect

• The AT RISK OPENINGS card is visible only when at least one at-risk opening has a valid recommendation. Openings with no recommendations are not shown in the Action Centre.

• Actions taken directly on an opening (outside the Action Centre) are also detected and suppress that opening from the queue on the next load.

• The Resolved badge is session-only and clears on page refresh.
