What’s new
Job Descriptions can now be customized at the Opening level without changing the Position description.
Why it matters
It allows teams to tailor job descriptions per opening while maintaining position-level consistency.
How it works
Opening JD is prefilled from the Position JD
Recruiters can override content per opening
Opening JD takes precedence for that opening only
Position JD remains unchanged
Availability
Who: Users with “Edit Openings, Locations, and Positions” permission
When: Rolling out December 2025
