New in Sourcing | 2000+ job boards in Source

Source now gives recruiters access to a catalog of 2000+ job boards directly within the posting flow, alongside the existing six direct integrations.

A new Job Boards step has been added to the Source posting flow between Select Openings and Opening Details. Recruiters can search across the full board catalog, browse by category (Job Board, Product Bundle, Social, Aggregator), and sort by Top Picks or Lowest Price. The existing six direct integrations — Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Boost, Talroo, Joveo, and Pool — are fully unchanged and continue to work as before.

What's new

• Expanded board catalog: 2000+ job boards accessible in a new Job Boards step in the Source posting flow.

• Search and discovery: search the full catalog and browse by category. Boards surface by relevance — Popular boards, Free boards, and Paid channels — based on the openings selected.

• Per-board details: each board card displays budget, posting duration, board type, and selected opening count. A detail drawer is available for more information.

• Existing boards unchanged: Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Boost, Talroo, Joveo, and Pool continue to work exactly as before with no changes to pricing or workflow.

Why it matters

Recruiters previously had access to only six boards in Source. The expanded catalog gives teams significantly more reach when distributing job postings, with a guided browsing experience that surfaces relevant boards based on the openings being posted.

• The new Job Boards step appears between Select Openings and Opening Details in the posting flow.

• Budget-based pricing and duration inputs for the six existing direct integrations are unchanged.

Manage Campaigns in Source Added the "Available boards" catalog (2000+ Job Boards) in the Channels step of the posting flow, noting the six existing direct integrations are unchanged and the catalog includes free and paid boards.
