New in Source | Posting guardrails for inactive or sourcing-disabled openings

Source now prevents job posting for openings that are inactive or have sourcing disabled, with clearer messaging and safer bulk posting behavior.

What’s new

• Posting is blocked for openings that are:

  • Inactive, or

  • Sourcing disabled

• Clear in-product messaging explains why posting is unavailable

• Bulk posting automatically excludes ineligible openings

Why it matters

For enterprise teams, accidental posting to job boards can create:
