New in Hire | More control when selecting applicants in bulk

DATE:
AUTHOR: The Fountain team

You can now deselect individual applicants in Hire after using “Select All,” making bulk actions more precise and easier to manage in high-volume workflows.

What’s new

Deselect specific applicants after “Select All”
Even when selecting all applicants across a stage or filtered list, you can now uncheck individual applicants you don’t want included

Easily reselect applicants
Previously excluded applicants can be added back with a single click

Selections persist across pages
Your selections and exclusions stay consistent as you move between pages

More accurate bulk actions
Bulk actions now apply only to the applicants you’ve selected, excluding anyone you’ve manually deselected

Why it matters

Recruiters no longer need to work page by page or include unwanted applicants when running bulk actions. This makes workflows like bulk messaging or status updates faster, cleaner, and more reliable.

Where to find it
