Minimum Years of Experience on Hire Openings

Hire openings carry an optional Minimum Years of Experience field that flows through to job postings.

Experience level is a common job requirement, but Hire had no dedicated field for it, so recruiters worked around it with custom fields or the job description.

What's new

• Minimum Years of Experience field — an optional field on the Opening details page, below the Industry field, with options from Any experience through 5+ years.

• Carried into job postings — the selected value appears in the Review Job step before posting.

Why it matters

Experience requirements are captured the same way on every opening, so openings are more complete and ready for broader distribution.

What to expect

The field is optional. Openings without a selection default to Any experience, and existing openings are unaffected.
