The Pool Dashboard

Pool opens on a dashboard showing how outreach is performing and what is running right now.

Landing in Pool meant reconstructing the state of things from the Campaigns and Talent pages. Pool sits on a large database of talent, but its size, spread and activity stayed invisible until you built an audience and queried it.

What's new

  • A dashboard page in Pool — a top level destination that answers what is running and how it is doing, on the page you land on.

  • Reach and Engagement Funnel — recruiter reach and candidate movement across funnel stages, with trend indicators and step conversion rates, using counts rather than estimates.

  • Active Campaigns — every active campaign with its engagement rate and daily send activity, without opening the Campaigns page.

  • Metric tooltips — every metric explains its own definition on hover, so a term means the same thing to everyone reading the screen.

Why it matters

A flat funnel and a quiet funnel are different problems with different fixes. Seeing where the drop is tells you which one you have, in the first minute rather than after a morning of assembly.

What to expect

The dashboard is additive: nothing is removed and no existing workflow changes. Accounts with no campaigns and no talent see empty states. This release has no historical comparison and no custom date ranges, and the widget order is fixed. Deeper analysis still lives on the Campaigns and Talent pages.
