Connect a supported HRIS system to Fountain in minutes and keep Locations and Jobs in sync without custom integration work.

The Connector Marketplace provides a catalog of reusable connectors for syncing HRIS data into Fountain. Starting with Locations and Jobs, implementation teams and customers can connect a supported HRIS system and configure inbound sync through a settings panel — no custom code required for 1:1 field mapping.

What's new

  • Connector catalog in Fountain Settings: browse and activate supported HRIS connectors for inbound data sync.

  • Scheduled sync pipelines: connectors run on a schedule to keep Locations and Jobs up to date automatically.

  • Settings panel for configuration: manage credentials, sync behavior, and provisioning in one place.

  • Plug-and-play mapping for Locations and Jobs: 1:1 field mapping for the most common inbound sync use cases, no custom code needed.

Why it matters

Setting up HRIS integrations previously required custom development work, which added weeks to go-live timelines. The Connector Marketplace gives smaller and mid-sized accounts a faster path to HRIS sync, and gives implementation teams a reusable foundation for common integration patterns.

What to expect

  • This feature is in sandbox-first rollout for small and mid-sized accounts.
