Sam Satisfaction Manager for Every Customer

Sam, Fountain's AI Satisfaction Manager, checks in with your workers by voice at key moments and turns what they say into scores, follow-ups and retention signals.

Worker surveys and exit interviews tend to arrive too late or with too little context. By the time a frontline worker's frustration shows up in your data, they have often already left.

What's new

  • Activate it yourself — users who can manage Talent Agents set up and activate a survey from Talent Agents in one click, with nothing to request from Fountain.

  • Seven ready-to-use surveys — check-ins before the first day, after the first day, after the first week, and at 30, 60 and 90 days, plus an exit interview.

  • Your audience and your questions — each survey installs with its own worker segment that you can keep, replace or narrow, and you can edit the questions, add custom instructions, customize the invitation and test the call before it goes live.

  • Browser voice calls — workers start the conversation from an email or SMS invitation right in their browser, with nothing to download and no phone number needed.

  • English, Spanish and French — Sam speaks each worker's Preferred language and uses English (US) when it is blank or set to another language.

  • Responses and Insights — every completed call shows the recording, transcript, satisfaction and milestone scores with reasoning, follow-up actions and a retention risk flag, and Insights groups recurring themes you can follow up on with Cue.

Why it matters

Sam hears from workers while there is still time to act. A scheduling problem in week one or a missing manager at day 30 surfaces as a flagged follow-up, not as a reason given in an exit interview.

What to expect

Sam reaches people in Worker Profiles rather than applicants, so hired applicants need to become workers with the right status before a survey can reach them. Invitations go out during business hours in your company's time zone. Completed calls use credits; voicemails and unanswered invitations do not.
