Pool's Match Score now reads Anna (AI Recruiter) interview artifacts — transcripts, summaries, and scores — as additional inputs. The result is sharper occupation matching and better competency generation on talent profiles, especially for talent who’ve gone through an Anna interview.

What’s new

• Anna interview transcripts, summaries, and scores feed into Match Score’s competency and skills inference.

• Occupation matching aligns more tightly to the O*NET taxonomy by reading inferred job titles, skills, and responsibilities from Anna content.

• Talent profiles surface Anna interview results in-context, so Pool users see interview insights without leaving the product.

Why it matters

Anna captures rich, unstructured context about each applicant — the kind of signal that previously stayed inside the interview record. Bringing that signal into Match Score sharpens audience targeting in Pool and increases the chance that the right talent surfaces in the right re-engagement campaign.

What to expect

• Customers with both Pool and Anna will see updated Match Scores once the feature reaches their account.

• The most recent Anna interview is used when an applicant has more than one.

• No additional setup is required if Anna is already configured on the account.
