Availability by Opening Owner
Availability can target every opening owned by a chosen person, and it keeps up as openings are created and reassigned.
Availability conditions could point at a stage name, an opening or a location group. For teams working one recruiter per opening, that meant editing an availability series every time an opening was created, and an opening that was missed reached its Scheduler stage with no bookable slots.
What's new
A new Opening Owner condition — in the Scheduler stage condition builder, set Condition Type to Opening Owner, then pick the people whose openings the availability should cover.
A value list scoped to the host — the selectable values are based on the host's openings access, so a condition cannot quietly resolve to nothing.
Two conditions decide where a slot appears — the opening is owned by one of the selected owners, and the host can access that opening and its stage.
Ownership is checked continuously — a new opening under a selected owner picks up availability with no re-setup, and removing an owner stops new slots on that opening.
Why it matters
One recruiter per opening is a common operating model, and until now there was no way to express it. Availability that follows ownership removes the per opening editing and closes the gap where an opening quietly has no slots.
What to expect
Interviews that are already booked are never cancelled automatically. This is additive: existing conditions and existing series are untouched, and nobody has to adopt it.
