Hire Go now includes a workflow-stage board view and bulk applicant actions — giving hiring managers a complete picture of their pipeline and the ability to act on multiple applicants at once.

Previously, managers in Hire Go could only review applicants in a list view. Evaluating pipeline health meant checking each stage individually, and taking action on multiple applicants required navigating through them one by one.
