Pool now opens to a new home dashboard that pulls pipeline movement, campaign performance, and proactive Cue insights into a single view. Recruiters land on a snapshot of what’s happening in their talent pool and what to do next, instead of clicking through tabs to assemble a picture.

What’s new

• A new landing experience for Pool that becomes the default view when entering the product.

• A Pipeline widget showing the end-to-end re-engagement funnel over time.

• A Cue Insights widget with non-urgent recommendations that highlight opportunities, risks, and suggested next steps.

• An Active Campaigns widget showing live campaigns with engagement metrics and daily send activity.

Why it matters

Pool teams open the product to do something specific — launch a campaign, check on a sourcing pool, follow up with a candidate. Forcing them to assemble context from multiple pages slows that down. The new dashboard puts the day’s signal up front and points to the next action.

What to expect

• Pool users will see the new dashboard as the default landing page once the feature ships to their account.

• Widgets pull from existing Pool data — no additional configuration required.

• The Pipeline widget reflects activity from the date the feature is enabled forward.
