Hire now surfaces Pool audience suggestions directly inside Openings and Hiring Goals workflows. When a recruiter creates or manages an opening, Hire shows whether a matching talent audience exists in Pool and offers a one-click path to draft a campaign — including handing off to Cue when the recruiter wants a draft written for them.

What’s new

• A new data column and contextual call-to-action in the Hire Openings table that flags relevant Pool audiences for each opening.

• A direct path from an opening into a Pool campaign draft, with the option to ask Cue to draft the campaign.

• An admin setting in Pool to control the threshold for which audience sizes get suggested in Hire.

Why it matters

Recruiters working an opening rarely think to break workflow and look at Pool audiences, even when a clear match exists. Surfacing the audience where the recruiter is already working makes the Pool database an active sourcing step instead of a separate tool, lifting both recruiter velocity and Pool utilization.

What to expect

• For accounts with Pool: the new column and CTAs appear on the Openings table once the feature is enabled.

• For accounts without Pool: the suggestions appear as a discoverable upgrade prompt, not as functional buttons.

• Audience-size thresholds are configurable by Pool admins; a default is applied at rollout.
