Coming Soon in Hire | updated application experience (AX 3.0)
Give candidates the context they need before they apply.
Coming soon in Hire we’re introducing a redesigned application experience that gives candidates more context upfront and makes it easier to complete applications, especially for longer forms.
The new experience features a modern, full-page layout that surfaces key job details before the form and improves navigation throughout.
What’s new
Job details are now shown before the application form, including description, requirements, and role context
A new “job at a glance” section highlights key requirements when available
Cover images are now supported, with a brand fallback if none is set
A sticky Apply button keeps the call to action visible on longer applications
Improved navigation, including a back-to-top option
Updated language selector for a cleaner, more consistent experience
Why it matters
Candidates can better understand the role before starting the application, which can improve completion rates and reduce drop-off, especially for longer or more detailed applications.
What to expect
This is a visual and experience update only. Submission logic, workflows, and data fields are unchanged
Some job details that were previously not visible to applicants may now be displayed
Teams may want to review the following before rollout:
Cover images for open roles
Industry tag
“Job at a glance” content
