Coming Soon in Platform | inbound connector marketplace for HRIS sync

DATE:
AUTHOR: The Fountain team

Plug an HRIS into Fountain in minutes, not weeks.

The Platform now includes a catalog of inbound connectors and scheduled pipelines for syncing external HRIS data — starting with Locations and Jobs — into Fountain. Implementation teams and customers comfortable with self-serve can connect a supported HRIS, configure the sync, and skip the weeks of custom integration work that was previously required.

What’s new

  • A connector catalog inside Fountain, with HRIS connectors that map 1:1 to Locations and Jobs.

  • Scheduled pipelines that run connector-driven sync on a CRON-style schedule.

  • A settings panel for configuring connector credentials and managing provisioning and sync behavior.

Why it matters

Standing up an HRIS sync today means a custom integration project measured in weeks and an ongoing recurring cost. The connector marketplace turns that into a configuration step inside Fountain, lowering time-to-live for small and mid-market accounts and reducing the per-customer integration footprint that scales linearly with the customer base.

What to expect

  • This initial release covers inbound Locations and Jobs sync via supported HRIS connectors.

  • Designed for small and mid-market accounts; large enterprise customers should continue with CSV or webhook patterns where required.

  • Each connector ships with column mapping and credential configuration in the settings panel.

Availability
