Coming Soon in Source | Contract flow support in Source

Source will support job posting through your own contracted job board agreements, giving you access to 3,000+ job boards directly within the Source posting flow.

Source customers with existing contracts on job boards have historically had to manage those postings outside of Fountain. Source previously only supported Fountain-managed job board purchases — custom contract boards required a separate workflow and couldn't be managed alongside other sourcing activity in one place.

What's new

• Contract board integration: connect your existing job board contracts in Settings and they'll appear automatically in the Contract Boards section of the posting flow — no separate management required.

• Required field guidance: the posting flow highlights any missing required fields before submission, reducing failed or rejected postings.

• Cue-assisted form filling: Cue can pre-fill mandatory posting details to speed up the process across boards with complex requirements.

• 3,000+ boards supported: any board you hold a contract with can be connected and managed within Source.

Why it matters

Teams with negotiated rates or preferred relationships on specific job boards can now manage those postings alongside all other sourcing activity in Source — without switching tools or reconciling data separately.

What to expect

• Spend for contract boards is managed outside Fountain through your board provider directly. Source will show applicant and hire counts from contract board postings, but budget and spend management remain within the board's own platform.
