Data Validation Questions in Hire Go
Hiring managers in Hire Go answer the data validation questions attached to a stage, right in the advance or reject dialog.
Hire Go skipped the data validation questions set on a stage, so a manager could advance or reject an applicant without the answers the hiring process requires.
What's new
Questions in the dialog — advancing or rejecting an applicant shows the destination stage's questions, with answers already on file filled in.
Required answers enforced — the move completes only once the required answers are in.
Review one by one — bulk moves into a stage with questions offer Review one by one instead.
Cue links to the form — asking Cue to make such a move returns a link to the applicant's form.
Answers saved in Hire — answers save to the applicant, with an activity naming the Hire Go user.
Why it matters
Every move made in Hire Go carries the information your hiring process needs, such as a rejection reason or the pay rate an offer letter uses.
What to expect
Account owners and admins turn it on in Hire Go settings. Logic jumps aren't followed yet, so every question on the stage is asked.
