Editable Published Onboard Flows

We’re thrilled to announce a powerful new update: you can now modify all aspects of a live, published onboarding flow—even tasks—giving you more flexibility and control than ever before.

Complete Editing Control: You can now edit every component of a published onboarding flow, including task details. This makes it easier to update and adjust flows as needed to accommodate changing requirements.

Real-Time Flexibility: Make real-time updates to live onboarding flows, ensuring that your processes remain current and aligned with evolving business needs.

Improved Workflow Efficiency: Save time by directly editing published flows rather than creating new ones. This reduces duplication of effort and streamlines the onboarding process.

Note: While most aspects can now be edited, the I-9 Section 2 verification method still cannot be changed after publishing. However, all other components of an I-9 task remain fully editable.

How It Works

1. Access Published Flows:
   Navigate to the Flows and Tasks section within the admin dashboard.

2. Select the Flow to Edit:
   Choose the published flow you want to modify by selecting Modify > Edit.

3. Edit Flow Details:
   Adjust any field or task, except for the I-9 Section 2 verification method, as required.

4. Save Changes:
   Click the Update Flow button to apply your updates to the live onboarding flow.
