Another week hard at work doing some minor enhancements and a whole lot of fixing.

Enhancements

  • Updated our Partner API docs - as boring as this seems, it's essential to communicate with our integration partners so we can continue to bring you awesome integrations.

  • No longer need to specify a new rejection reason when moving between rejection stage. It'll preserve the previous reason.

  • Added a new [OPENING_JOB_TYPE] merge key for emails.

Bug Fixes

  • Updated the logic for replying "No" to RSVP function via SMS so the session cancels only when the most recent outbound message was a reminder SMS.

  • Rectified an issue where location not saving correctly on the location settings page.

  • Resolved a rare issue where applicants reapplies to their 6+ month old will get an error.

  • Corrected the merge key [SENDER_xxx] to show the session owner.

  • Previously, when the applicant transitions to a Rejected stage (via the Assessment Stage), the automated stage message was not sending out. It is now sending again.

  • Updated to 2 decimal space on using the merge key on [PAY_RATE] when used in document signing templates. It was showing "$##.#" before.

  • Fixed the issue where Applicants moved to rejected with "perform additional actions" or "send automated messages" disabled are improperly flagged as having completed a multistage with "perform additional actions" or "send automated messages" disabled are improperly flagged as having completed a multistage

  • Expand on the scenario when translation on the applicant portal side should automatically show up.
