Check out the latest bug fixes, an update for the WH# field for W4s, and updates to our Analytics!

  • Product

    • For W4 forms, employer’s WH# previously only allowed numbers. Now we allow letters and numbers to be accepted in this field.

  • Analytics

    • Now you can build custom reports based on an applicant’s address in the Applicants view (the first address collected that uses an address question type with Google Verification built in).

    • The Standard Data Keys section in the Applicants view has been renamed to Common Data Keys to better reflect the nature of available fields.

    • The Users report has been simplified due to a change in backend reporting sources. Note that you can continue to see the last time a user has logged in from the Company Settings > Users page.

  • Bug Fixes

    • Fixed: In the Applicant Profile, W4 form labels were not appearing and therefore not accessible when an applicant completed their form.

    • Fixed: In Applicant Experience 2.0, applicants would receive an error pop-up if they clicked ‘Download PDF’ with blank fields in the form. If someone wants to download a blank form, who are we to stop them?
