Flow Versions
Flow Versions lets admins update and republish live onboarding flows — no duplicating, no archiving. Changes apply only to workers who haven't started; completed progress is always preserved.
Previously, changing a live flow meant duplicating it, creating a new segment, and archiving the old one — producing a growing list of near-identical flows with workers spread across versions and no single source of truth.
What's new
Update live flows without duplicating them — make changes to a published flow and push them as a new version directly
Progressive Release — new versions apply only to workers who have not yet started the flow; workers in progress or already completed are unaffected
Version history — view a flow's full version history from the Flows table with version names and timestamps
Worker-level version visibility — a new Version column in the flow worker table; also visible on the worker profile Onboard tab
Why it matters
Flow duplication is one of the most common sources of onboarding complexity at scale. Flow Versions eliminates the maintenance burden of parallel flows while giving admins precise control over who receives an update — without touching workers who've already completed their work.
