Fountain Platform: Multi-Brands

Overview
We're excited to introduce the Multi-Brands feature in the Worker Experience platform! This new feature enables you to manage multiple brands within one company account, giving you the flexibility to provide a tailored and personalized experience for each segment of your workforce. Admins can create, edit, import, and assign brands, ensuring that your platform experience aligns with each unique brand’s identity.
Key Benefits
Seamless Brand Management: Easily manage multiple brands, customize logos, colors, and messaging, and set a default brand for your workforce.
Personalized Worker Experience: Assign each worker to a specific brand, providing a customized worker portal experience with the correct branding.
Targeted Communications: Create segments based on brand assignments, enabling more relevant and aligned communications and workflows.
Import from Hire: For Hire customers, you can now import existing brands directly into the Worker Experience platform, ensuring brand consistency across both platforms.
How It Works
Navigate to Settings > Brands to create new brands, copy or edit existing ones, or set a default brand.
Assign the appropriate brand to each worker’s profile to customize their portal experience.
For Hire-linked accounts, easily import brands from Hire by selecting Import Brands from Hire under Settings > Brands.
