A smarter City filter that hides cities with no active jobs
A Location Search bar supporting city, state, country, and zip/postal code

Enhanced Recruiter Experience
Hire | Redesigned Applicant Profile (Stage-Grouped Details)
Review applicant information faster with a redesigned Details tab grouped by hiring stage.
Applicant data is now organized into collapsible, stage-based sections, reducing scrolling and cognitive load during reviews.

Hire | Pipeline View in Opening Details
See all active applicants for an opening directly from the Opening Details page.
The new Pipeline view provides instant visibility into applicant volume without navigating to the Universal Applicant View.

Hire | Collapsible Status Labels in Applicant Tables
Reduce visual clutter in applicant tables by collapsing status histories to show only the most recent status.

Customize Job Descriptions per opening without changing the Position-level description.
Opening-level Job Descriptions allow teams to tailor requirements for specific locations or teams while maintaining consistency at the Position level.

Requires “Edit Openings, Locations, and Positions” permission

Hire | Job Selector & Job Switcher
Manage applicant flow across multiple openings with Job Selector and Job Switcher — now generally available.
Job Selector: lets candidates choose from multiple openings before applying
Job Switcher: redirects candidates to another opening if the current one fills, preserving progress

Improved Worker Experience
Shift | Neutralized Shift Claim Rejection Messaging
Improve worker experience with more neutral messaging when a shift claim isn’t approved.
This update changes notification copy only and does not affect shift workflows or permissions.
