Full-Page Resume Review in Hire

Recruiters open a resume full page beside the applicant's profile and move through a whole stage without returning to the table.

Reviewing resumes meant opening a profile, opening the resume, closing it and opening the next profile, and paging stopped at the edge of each table page.

What's new

• Resume beside the profile — open the resume full page from the applicant profile or the Files tab, with the profile and actions alongside it.

• Walk the whole list — move through the stage or filtered list with Prev and Next or the arrow keys, across table pages, with a counter showing where you are.

• Auto-advance — once you move or reject an applicant, the next one opens.

• Clear resume states — PDFs and images show inline, and other file types offer a download.
