I-9 Center Video Tasks Now Supported in Hire
We’re excited to announce that video tasks are now supported in Hire PAPI stages, alongside the existing I-9 and W-4 tasks. This enhancement allows you to embed video content directly within the Hire platform, providing a more dynamic and engaging candidate experience.

How It Works
Link Hire & Worker Experience Accounts:
Connect your Hire and Worker Experience accounts via the admin settings.Add a PAPI Stage:
In Hire, add a PAPI (Partner)-type stage to any job opening to enable I-9 and W-4 functionality.Automated Worker Creation:
When an applicant reaches the PAPI stage, they are automatically created as a worker in the connected Worker Experience account.Set Up Onboarding Flow:
In Worker Experience, configure an onboarding flow that includes I-9 video tasks. The flow will be automatically assigned to workers based on their segment.
