The Hire Go experience now includes an improved Users page—giving Admins more transparency and control over user access. Whether you’re tracking engagement, reviewing location access, or cleaning up inactive team members, these new capabilities make it easier than ever to manage your team directly in Hire Go.
Key Benefits
Active vs. Invited Users
Quickly view who’s using the system and who still needs to log in—so you can follow up accordingly.
Location Access Visibility
See how many locations each user can access at a glance, whether it's all locations, a subset, or based on openings—supporting better compliance and control.
Manage and Remove Users
Admins can now delete users with lower permissions directly from Hire Go. Clean up unused accounts, adjust roles, and maintain a secure team structure—all without needing support tickets.
How to Get Started
Navigate to Hire Go and click on the Users page.
Toggle between Active and Invited tabs to manage user engagement.
Click a user to view their User Profile, update roles, or remove them entirely.
Use the “…” menu in the Users table for quick actions like deletion.
