Analytics updates and an enhancement for our native I-9 stage.

• Product

  • In our I-9 stage, we had a 1 year limit on back-dating for an employee’s start date. We have removed this limitation and any date in the past can be selected now.

• Analytics

  • We have added a SMS segment count to our explores for easy tracking on sms counts per hire.

    

  • We have updated the Rejected/On Hold logic in Analytics to match Fountain UI:

    • When a rejected/on hold applicant transitions out of the rejected/on hold stage, their flag and reason are removed. This will impact the total rejected and on hold counts.
