Announcing.... Time Bound Duplicate Restrictions! And a bug fix.

• We are excited to share a new enhancement, Time Bound Duplicate Restrictions!

  You may have rules in place to prevent duplicate applicants - meaning the same person applying more than once to your openings. When is an applicant no longer considered a duplicate and should be considered for your opening once again though? We’ll let you decide that!

  We now offer the ability to define a set amount of days that need to pass before an applicant is allowed to apply to an opening they’ve previously applied to again.

  • Fixed: Custom questions on the application form only within the user facing UI was not saving when users would try to re-order the questions.
