Longer Recurring Availability Series
The number of occurrences a recurring availability series can hold is set per account, and can be raised as high as 300.
Every account was held to the same maximum of 30 occurrences. For a team running fixed weekly interview blocks that is about six weeks of cover, so the same series had to be rebuilt roughly every month. When someone forgot, applicants reached a Scheduler stage with no bookable slots and nothing surfaced the problem.
What's new
A per account maximum — the number of occurrences offered when you set up a recurring series is an account level setting rather than one fixed limit for everyone.
The standard limit is unchanged — accounts stay at 30 occurrences, and nothing changes until the limit is raised for that account.
Up to 300 occurrences — the limit can be raised as high as 300, and the occurrence list offers the larger range as soon as the account setting changes.
Clearer failures on oversized series — a series too large to create is refused up front with a message naming the number of sessions it would have produced, instead of being shortened without warning.
Why it matters
Rebuilding the same weekly availability every month is pure administration, and the cost of forgetting lands on candidates rather than on the person who forgot. Setting the limit where the hiring pattern actually needs it removes a recurring chore and a quiet source of lost bookings.
What to expect
Existing series are unaffected. The setting governs what you can select when creating a new series. Contact your Customer Success representative to have the limit raised for your account.
