Mark as Completed Appears Only for Users Who Can Use It

The Mark as completed action on the onboarding dashboard appears only for users with permission to complete assigned tasks.

Some users saw a Mark as completed action that failed when they used it, while some users who had permission to complete tasks could not find it.

What's new

• Shown to the right users — users with permission to complete assigned tasks can see and use Mark as completed.

• No more failing action — users without that permission no longer see an action that fails when selected.

• Consistent everywhere — the worker menu, the flow panel and the flow details drawer all follow the same rule.

Why it matters

Admins and managers who finish onboarding flows by hand find the action wherever they expect it, and nobody hits an error trying to use an action they can't complete.
