Multilingual Interviewer Now Live for AI Recruiter

What’s New

AI Recruiter can now conduct interviews in multiple languages, giving candidates the ability to select their preferred language from a list of ten supported options. With this enhancement, the AI interviewer ("Anna") automatically adapts based on the candidate's selection — enabling a more inclusive, comfortable, and personalized experience.

Key Capabilities

• Supports ten languages: Dutch, English, French, Hindi, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish

• Select “Multilingual” from the “Interview Language” dropdown in your interview template

• Smart switching: AI Recruiter dynamically adjusts to the candidate’s selected language in real-time

Why It Matters

This update makes AI Recruiter more accessible to global talent pools. Multilingual support means candidates can express themselves more naturally, leading to stronger responses and better outcomes — without recruiters needing to create separate flows for each language.

It also removes a major blocker for teams hiring across regions, streamlining operations and eliminating unnecessary duplication in workflows.

Who Can Use It

This feature is included in Accelerate and Enterprise plans with AI Recruiter enabled.
