Multiple scheduler stages in Hire Go
Hiring managers can now run complete multi-round interview processes entirely within Hire Go — no need to route second interviews through Hire.
Previously, exactly one scheduler stage per workflow could be hosted in Hire Go. Any second interview round required a full Hire user, splitting the workflow across two surfaces.
What's new
Multi-stage scheduler support — admins can now designate multiple stages in a Hire workflow as Hire Go-hosted scheduler stages
Per-stage configuration — each stage gets its own config card on Opening Settings with independent host assignment and interview instructions
Per-stage host assignment — hosts for the first round don't need to match hosts for the final round
Per-stage interview instructions — each stage surfaces only the guidance relevant to that round's interviewer
Cue updated — Cue's tools, skills, and prompt are updated to configure, query, and manage multi-stage openings conversationally
Why it matters
Hire Go was built so hiring managers can own their interview process end-to-end. Previously, any process requiring more than one interview round hit a hard wall — the second round had to be managed by a Hire user, defeating Hire Go's self-service model. Multi-stage scheduler support closes that gap for customers running structured, multi-round hiring processes.
What to expect
Stage-level availability management (different available times per stage) is not included in this release — all scheduler stages share the same availability rules
