New AI Guided Knowledge Base Creation in Candidate AI

We are excited to announce the launch of the new AI Guided Knowledge Base Creation feature in Candidate AI! This feature simplifies the setup process by offering an intuitive, automated way to create a comprehensive knowledge base for AI agents.

• Interactive AI Assistance: The AI will guide you step-by-step through the knowledge base creation, asking relevant questions to ensure all necessary information is included and to fill in any gaps.

• Improved Agent Performance: A more complete and accurate knowledge base results in an AI agent that provides better, more relevant answers, improving overall performance.

• Streamlined Setup Process: The new guided flow in Step 3 of setting up an AI agent simplifies the knowledge base creation, enabling faster and more efficient setup with minimal manual input.

  

  How It Works

  1. Navigate to Candidate AI Agent > Setup AI Agent in the admin portal.

  2. In Step 3, select the Create a Knowledge Base with AI Assistant option.

  3. The AI will interact with you, filling in missing details and enhancing the knowledge base through guided conversations.

  4. Once the knowledge base is complete, finalize the setup to configure your AI agent.
