New: Hire Go User Management Upgrade
What’s New
Managing Hire Go users just got a whole lot easier. With this update, admins can configure new users’ access and roles immediately. No more waiting for invite acceptance before setup is complete.
Key Capabilities
Invite from Hire or Hire Go: Add new users from either platform.
User Roles control access: Roles now dictate whether users can access Hire, Hire Go, or both.
Faster setup: Set user roles, location, and opening access at the time of invite.
Unified user lists: Invited users appear right away in Hire’s Users list, even before first login.
Why It Matters
Previously, admins had to wait until a new user accepted their invite and logged in before assigning access and roles, slowing down onboarding and creating confusion for many customers. With the updated Hire Go User Management, user setup is instant, streamlined, and consistent across Hire and Hire Go.
Who Can Use It
Available to most Hire Go customers - reach out to your CSM to ask to have it activated. Note: this feature is not available for Enterprise SSO customers since user access is governed by their identity provider.
