New in ATS | universal dashboard

A unified, task-driven workspace for recruiters across ATS and Onboarding.

Universal Dashboard is Fountain’s new landing page for recruiters. It replaces the Home tab with a workspace that surfaces tasks, pipeline metrics, calendar events, and Cue — all filterable to the recruiter’s current context. The first GA cohort of 20 customers activates on May 14, with broad GA on May 28.

What’s new

• Overview Cards put four summary metrics at the top — New Applicants, Applicants in Pipeline, Onboarding Workers, and Total Workers — for an instant snapshot of workforce status.

• Tasks widget consolidates all actionable items, grouped by Hiring (review applicants, mark attendance, review files, respond to messages) and Onboarding (complete I-9 Section 2, complete I-9 E-Verify, add start dates, complete Onboard tasks). Each task is clickable and navigates directly to the corresponding filtered view.

• This Week calendar widget surfaces start dates and scheduled interviews for the current week.

• Active Openings widget lists every active opening with full pagination and search.

• Global Filters at the top of the Dashboard — Openings, Locations, Positions, and Brands — narrow every widget at once.

• Cue is accessible directly from the Dashboard via a persistent entry point in the top right.

• The previous Home tab is removed for activated accounts and replaced by Universal Dashboard.

Why it matters

Universal Dashboard gives recruiters a single, prioritized work view across ATS and Onboarding — cutting context switching and surfacing the highest-impact tasks first. Global Filters mean a single click narrows every widget to the same scope, and Cue is one click from any surfaced task list. Enterprise customers with high task volume, multi-opening management, and multi-brand or multi-location org structures stand to gain the most.

What to expect

• The Home tab is replaced by Universal Dashboard for activated accounts.

• Global Filters persist across widgets, so narrowing once narrows the entire Dashboard.

• No reconfiguration is required.
