New in CRM | data pipeline support for talent uploads

Self-serve large-scale Prospect contact uploads into CRM through Fountain’s data pipeline.

CRM admins can now load large-scale Prospect contacts — including recurring uploads from SFTP folders — through Fountain’s Data Pipelines, instead of relying on small CSV uploads or API-only paths.


What’s new

  • Prospect uploads supported via Data Pipeline. CRM admins can ingest Prospect contacts at scale, including lists in the hundreds of thousands.

  • Recurring and one-off uploads supported. Drop files into an SFTP folder for recurring ingestion or send a single upload as needed.

  • Improves inbound ingestion for ATS-agnostic CRM workflows so teams can pull from any system of record.


Why it matters

Self-serve, scalable ingestion removes a manual handoff that previously sat with engineering or implementation. CRM admins can stand up their own recurring loads from third-party talent sources without waiting on a custom API integration.

  • Available to CRM customers uploading Prospect contacts.

  • Requires the Data Pipeline capability to be enabled on your account.
