New in CRM | Pool campaign builder upgrades

Campaign Builder now includes read-only preview for active campaigns, unsubscribe tracking, a warning before editing live-campaign audiences, an HTML editor for branded emails, and a test-send capability coming soon.

A focused set of improvements turns "sending a campaign" from a high-stakes moment into a guided, confidence-building workflow. Recruiters can now preview what will send, author richer branded emails using an HTML editor, see unsubscribe data at a glance, and avoid accidental mid-send audience changes — all without leaving Campaign Builder.

What's new

• Read-only campaign view: open any active or completed campaign and read its full structure and message copy without entering edit mode.

• Unsubscribe tracking: unsubscribe counts are now reported on the Campaigns Overview page and per-campaign detail view.

• Audience edit warning: editing an audience that is currently powering a live campaign triggers a warning prompt before saving, preventing accidental mid-send audience changes.

• HTML code editor for email campaigns: the email campaign composer now includes a direct HTML editor tab alongside the rich text editor. Enables branded templates and pixel-perfect layout control.

• Test send (coming soon): campaign builders will be able to send a test version of any message to themselves before launching, with variables substituted using real data. Available for both email and SMS.

Why it matters

Sending a campaign is irreversible, but Campaign Builder previously offered no pre-send verification steps. Recruiters were entering edit mode just to read copy, and accidental audience edits could create unintended send behavior. These upgrades add guardrails and transparency at every stage of the campaign lifecycle.
