New in CRM | Pool lead capture via public form and QR code

Prospects can now opt directly into a company's talent pool by submitting a shareable public form or scanning a QR code — no application required, no Hire workflow, no manual import.

Pool's inbound model was previously entirely dependent on Hire — talent only entered Pool after interacting with an application flow. The public form and QR code create a lightweight, consent-compliant path for any prospect to self-enroll. Submitted prospects appear immediately in Pool and are eligible for audience membership and campaign targeting. This is v1 with core functionality; custom attributes, multiple form configurations, and branded form design are coming in future updates.

What's new

• Public prospect intake form: each Pool account can generate a public-facing form URL. Prospects submit their name and contact details to opt into the talent pool directly. Managed in Pool Settings.

• QR code generation: a scannable QR code is generated alongside the form URL, ready to print or display at events, job boards, or anywhere candidates interact with the brand in person.

• Opt-in consent captured at intake: submission captures consent for Pool communications (SMS/email), so leads are immediately eligible for campaigns without additional consent steps.

• Instant prospect records: submitted records appear in Pool as prospect-type talent, immediately visible in the Talent table and eligible for audience and campaign targeting.

Why it matters

Companies doing high-volume top-of-funnel outreach at events, running employee referral programs, or wanting to build talent pools before roles are posted previously had no lightweight inbound path. The public form and QR code close that gap with a consent-compliant, zero-friction option that requires no application and no manual data entry.

What to expect

• Note that this is a first version — the form captures core contact info only. Custom attributes and multiple form types are coming in future updates.

• Submitted records are prospect-type only and will not appear in Hire workflows until the candidate completes an application.

• The form URL must be shared proactively — it is not publicly indexed or discoverable.
